A fall wedding at the MOCA
Now that summer is leaving us and we’re all gearing up for the approaching fall season we thought it would be a great time to share one of our weddings from last year with you! Amanda and Cory were married at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Chesapeake, Virginia. For the attire they chose a beautiful color palette with a range of purples, blues, and greens and found the most adorable flower girl dress to tie it all together! This past week our Hampton Roads ISES chapter hosted an event focusing on Indian Wedding celebrations. We learned so many amazing things from speaker Erin Calvimontes, but today we would like to focus on bridal mehndi. Mehndi is a very important part of both Hindu and Muslim weddings in India and we are going to share a glimpse of it with you.
